With all our support contracts we schedule routine check ups of all your computers, allowing so you to continue without interruption and help minimise issues.

From time to time you will be required to send us an email of any small or large issues that you feel require attention. Whilst these issues may not be imperative at that the time or cause any disruption to your work, ignoring them can lead to further complications. But by informing us we can make sure we address them on your maintenance schedule.
