  • Support Time: Each computer gets 2 hours of consolidated remote desktop support time, which means if you have 3 computers or more you can consolidate the time and share the support time amongst other computers. EG, 3 Computers = 6 hours


 

12 Month Contract

  • 12 month contract
  • Double the cost of your 6 month contract and get a 10% discount on the total amount and a £20 per hour call out charge.

What this does not cover

  • We currently do not offer a single pc user support package; customers however can use your hourly based flat rate of £25 per hour*
  • We do not support printers, such as ink, toner drums, paper jams
    software issues only
  • We do not support mobile devices such as blackberry’s or PDA’s
  • We do not cover loss of internet connection please contact your ISP
    for these matters
  • We do not cover or support any bespoke software such, websites or any  kind thereof, including SAGE and QuickBooks (However we can provide installations)

Terms & Conditions

  • This package is for a minimum of 3 computers only
  • Consolidated support time can only be used within the duration of contract
  • £25 per hour* will be charged when the remote support time has elapsed. Customers will be notified before time has run out. Please see Payment Options for further details.
  • Summaries of support time will be provided via our Client Area
  • Free antivirus software is only for organisations that do not have a server network such as Windows Server 2003, SBS 2003 etc
  • Email spam filters will require that you have existing pop3 email accounts
  • Support calls are responded within a 60min to an 2 hour time frame, email or voicemail

Payment Options

  • Payments can be made in full or in instalments; these instalments can be made monthly or quarterly. However if payments are selected to be paid monthly we require an additional month’s payment in advance.
  • Please note paying by instalments will only provide you with a limited support time. This is calculated by your total support time divided by the duration of the contract.
  • We accept cheque and credit card (credit card payments via http://paypal.co.uk only sales@at-ta-che.com )
  • * £25 per hour for 6 month contract holders and £20 per hour for 12 month contract holders.
